However, the real cut-off time for the reference submission through the\u00a0system is set <b>30 minutes before<\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\" color=\"#000000\"> the online application deadline. <\/span><\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\" color=\"#000000\">Please do not forget to check and monitor your referee\u2019s status during your application period<\/span><\/span> since y<span lang=\"EN-US\"><span color=\"#000000\">our online application cannot be submitted without two letters of reference.<\/span><\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\"><br \/>\n <\/span><\/li>\n<li>For the sake of referees&#8217; identification, the email addresses of the referees&#8217; affiliations should be used whenever possible.
