Isogo Thermal Power Station, which was originally constructed in the late 1960s and reconstructed in 2002 (Unit 1) and 2008 (Unit 2) based on an anti-pollution agreement with Yokohama City, is a compact, urban coal-fired thermal power station that has simultaneously achieved reducing environmental burden and improving energy efficiency at the world\u2019s highest level.
