Such examination will proceed from the viewpoints of engineering, agriculture studies, informatics, and public policy studies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">In the first part of the seminar, we compare the concept of design in each field. Is design possible, in the first place?\u00a0 How to handle values when setting required specifications? How to handle self-organization?
