International High-speed Rail Association (IHRA) will hold its third international forum, \u201cIHRA Forum 2018\u201d on November 8, 2018, where leaders from political, economic, diplomatic and national security fields will gather and discuss \u201cOvercoming Challenges in a Complex World -Past, Present and Future-\u201d.<\/p>\n
