\u3010Overview\u3011
\nThe number of international students in Japan has been increasing rapidly. In teaching international students in the class such as \u201cCase Study (Business environment, stakeholders and issues)\u201d, we teaching staffs have been found that many of them hope to get a job in a Japanese firm. However, it is often difficult mainly because their Japanese language ability does not meet Japanese company\u2019s current requirement.
\nAs there are issues on both companies and students, we would like to provide the opportunity to share frank opinions with each other to foster mutual understanding and change of mind to improve the situation.<\/p>\n
