CHEN Stacey

Before coming to UTokyo Public Policy, Stacey has worked at the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies in Tokyo as Associate Professor, Academia Sinica in Taipei as Associate Research Fellow, Royal Holloway University of London, and Univerity of New York at Albany as Assistant Professor. She was the research associate of the National Bureau of Economic Research in Boston, the Institute for Fiscal Studies, and the Centre of Economic Performance of LSE. She received a Ph.D. degree in Economics from the University of Rochester.
